Is the jewelry waterproof?
Our jewelry is not only waterproof but also hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Unlike silver or gold, it is resistant to external factors and the ravages of time. It stays with you forever, in the same condition in which it left our laser.

Are the edges of the pendants too sharp?
Although we cut with surgical precision using a laser, each piece in the classic collection is handcrafted. We polish the edges to ensure the pendant is comfortable to wear and won't snag on clothing. It's sturdy yet smooth.
When will I receive my order and how much does delivery cost?
We don't like to wait, so we usually ship your order within 24-48 hours . If you add items worth at least 200 PLN to your cart, shipping is free. Your package will typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Fast delivery, no unnecessary waiting.
What are returns like at Vandal Jewelry?
If for any reason you'd like to return a product, you have 14 days to do so. The process is simple – just email us (include your order number), and we'll send you instructions on how to return your package quickly and stress-free.

Can I order something other than a pendant?
In addition to pendants, keychains, and stencils, we also handle large 2D designs and 3D objects. If you need a design element or an event installation, we're in.
I have an idea for a pattern – can you cut it out?
If you can imagine it, we can probably cut it. You don't have to be a graphic designer. Send us your vision, sketch, or artwork, and we'll get it done.
Can I order just one piece of my design?
You can order one unique pendant just for yourself, but thanks to our technology, we can also easily handle large orders for brands, teams, or events.
